Battle Points, also known as BP, are a mechanic in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are used to raise the level of Arts and Skills.
Battle Points are earned in a number of ways:
- Raising one's Level or Class Rank
- Discovering Base Camps
- Opening Treasure Boxes
- Registering collectibles marked with a star in the Collectopedia
- Completing rows of collectibles in the Collectopedia
- Completing Squad Missions
- Completing "EXP and BP" Support Missions
