Carchal is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He is an Ardainian soldier who can be found at the Ardainian Garrison in Temperantia, and will give the party the Kingdom Destroyer information during Lost Kingdom - that he saw a gigantic monster rising from the Cloud Sea off the coast of Temperantia.
Carchal offers no quests or Merc missions.
