Location
Valak Mountain - the following locations have the highest spawn rate (15%) for Fatal Belladonna:
- Apis Lair
- Befalgar Pedestal
- Nagul Waterfall
- southeast of Nagul Waterfall; the area is guarded by the Vague Barbas
- in the vicinity of the Mechonis Wound
- entrance area of Valak Peak
- entrance of Three Sage Summit
- the narrow passage encompassing Harict Chapel
- the large exterior land area encompassing the Sealed Tower
- south of the Sealed Tower; look for the narrowing passage
- southwest of the Great Glacier; look for the narrowing passage and then go to the right side
- north of the Great Glacier; look for the passage that leads to the ice elemental ether deposit
- the narrow passage that leads to the Agul Mountain Range
- the narrow passage that is southwest of the Agul Mountain Range; look for the forked pathway on high ground
- in conjunction to the above, go straight from the forked pathway to find another spawn point
