Monado Speed is one of Shulk's Monado arts in Xenoblade Chronicles. The colour of the blade turns dark blue upon activation. Ether particles are generated through the blade and then transferred to the recipient. This increases the recipient's physical evade rate significantly, allowing the recipient to dodge the enemy's physical attacks at a high rate.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U
Monado Speed appears as one of the five buffs Shulk can give to himself by using Monado Arts in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, although it is quite different in that game. It boosts Shulk's ground speed, but reduces his jump height and he deals less damage. Shulk's feet will also glow blue with this art, the same color the Monado's light blade becomes when activating Speed in the original game.
- The symbol that appears on the Monado when Monado Speed is activated is the kanji "疾", which is the base of the word "疾く" (quickly, swiftly).
- The cutscene that introduces Monado Speed clearly shows that Shulk, Reyn, and Sharla were all given a speed increase. However, when used in battle, it will only speed up one character.
