For those who have not completed games in the Xenoblade Chronicles series, this page contains spoilers regarding the plot. Discretion is advised.

The Sani Telethia (Japanese: サニー・テレシア, Sanī Tereshia), or Sunny Telethia, is a Boss in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is Alvis' Telethia, appearing to be a unique specimen not resembling the more common Phoenix, Licorne, Drakos or Gigas types of Telethia.

First Appearance[]

The Sani Telethia is the first Telethia seen in the game, and first appears just after Shulk, Reyn and Sharla escape the Ether Mine (having defeated Xord) and are attacked by Metal Face and a group of Mass-Produced Faces. The Sani Telethia saves them by using Ether thunderbolts on the Mechon and forcing them to retreat, before flying off to see Alvis. It leans in and touches foreheads with him, seeming to communicate.

After the rebirth of Zanza, and later Shulk, Alvis sends his Sani Telethia to attack the heroes after revealing that he works for Zanza. It is defeated by them.

Battle[]

The Sani Telethia returns again much later, when Colony 6 is being attacked by Telethia. It is fought at Main Entrance in Colony 6 during the third and last round of the battle event. Alvis calls it once Dickson's Telethia is defeated, to fight the party. It can change the weather. After it is beaten, Dickson and Alvis flee on the backs of another pair of Telethia.
